| The FAA allows recurrent training to occur in two very different environments.
One is performed in a full-motion simulator. The other is performed
in the aircraft in which the pilot is rated. There are advantages to
both environments. Simulator based training is valuable, however, it
lacks the feel and stability of the actual aircraft. Aircraft based
training, when conducted by a professional, is efficient and affords
pilots the opportunity to train in a more relaxed environment. With
more than 25 years experience conducting flight checks in jet aircraft,
Mr. Bird has the expertise and experience to perform training in the
most professional manner possible with no compromise to safety or performance
limitations. |
